Biography
Maurice J. “Rick” Devine
SMS, CHST, OHST, CIT, STS-C, CSHO
 Rick’s thirty-seven plus years of service involves “both sides of the coin”; with recognized experience in design, production, operations and safety at project, regional and corporate levels that have led to his roles from Group Leader, Problem Resolution, Coordinator, Superintendent, to Construction Manager, Commissioning Agent, Owner’s Representative and Corporate Safety Director. His career base combines 20 years of military experience with over 17 years in the commercial construction realm. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals, National Safety Council and Society of American Military Engineers. Rick has earned credentials from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, OTIEC and National Association of Safety Professionals. He is an OSHA Region 1 OTIEC Instructor and an Adjunct Faculty member at Keene State College. Mr. Devine has been awarded the National Safety Council’s Victor J. Mari Award for his contributions to workplace safety.

In addition we are involved in educational efforts to engage, prepare and promote our emerging young professionals at Keene State College and Roger Williams University.
